I wasn't sure the sockets would grip tightly enough, but they click onto the studs with a really satisfying snap. Now my motor and button Bits actually stay put on the baseplate instead of sliding around mid-build.
The studs snap onto my LEGO baseplates way tighter than I expected, so my little circuit setup doesn't wobble anymore. Having both studs and sockets in the pack meant I could mount the same Bit two different ways without digging for extra parts.
