I picked this up to keep a temperature sensor from triggering my buzzer until things actually got warm, and it does exactly that. The little screw lets me dial in the cutoff point, so now the alarm only fires when it should.

Works fine as a gate in my circuits, cuts the signal off right at the level I set. Only gripe is the adjustment takes a bit of fiddling to dial in just right. Solid little Bit overall.
