I was skeptical about inductive charging actually working reliably, but it snaps in every time without me fiddling with cables. The included USB-C cord is long enough to reach my desk outlet, so my kid just sets the robot down after playing and it's topped up by morning.
Dropping the robot onto the base is way easier than plugging in a cable every time, and it charges reliably overnight. The included USB-C cord was a nice bonus since I didn't have to hunt for one.
