The prepaid shipping label made the whole repair process painless, no out of pocket cost at all. Sent in my laptop and got it back in about a week, good as new.

Dropped my tablet last month and the ADH coverage meant I didn't pay a cent out of pocket. The prepaid shipping label was a nice touch too. Whole thing was way less of a headache than I expected.
