The replacement came through fast after our accessory quit working, and since the plan covers anything under $75 it didn't cost us extra to swap it out. Honestly didn't expect the prepaid part to make it this simple.

My kid's robot accessory broke about a year in and I filed the claim not expecting much, but the prepaid replacement came through without me paying a dime out of pocket. For something under $75, three years of coverage is honestly a steal.

Didn't think much about it at checkout, but when my kid's toy stopped charging I filed a claim and had a prepaid replacement sorted in about a week. For something under $75, three years of coverage is honestly a steal.
